Privacy notice
Last updated 9 October 2026. This covers the swarmpunk.com website and the waitlist. The game will have its own notice when it launches.
Who we are
Swarmpunk is made by Launchable AI. If you have any question about your data, or want it changed or deleted, email services@launchable.ai.
What we collect
Only what you give us in the waitlist form:
- Your email address (required).
- What you do (the "I am a…" choice) and what you'd want to build with agents (optional). These help us decide who to invite first and what to build.
We use Plausible to count visits to the homepage. It's privacy-friendly analytics: no cookies, no personal data, and it doesn't follow you across sites. We don't use advertising trackers or cookies.
Why we collect it
- To send you an invite when the game opens.
- To send you the occasional update about Swarmpunk. Every email has a way to unsubscribe.
We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who handles it for us
- Netlify hosts this site and stores waitlist submissions (Netlify Forms). Like any web host, it also keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability.
- Google Fonts serves the site's fonts, so your browser connects to Google when the page loads.
- Plausible Analytics counts page visits without cookies or personal data.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
Until the waitlist is no longer needed after launch, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time, and you can unsubscribe from any email we send. Email services@launchable.ai and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
Swarmpunk isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has joined the waitlist, let us know and we'll delete it.
Changes
If this notice changes, we'll update the date at the top. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email first.
